Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are sent out in good order and ontime.

Items are sent as standard 2nd class Royal mail Delivery.

Postage is included in the overall price.  Items are advertised as Free delivery.

Items will be upgraded by the seller at the sellers discretion.

Tracking is through Royal mail website.  And in some cases Parcel Force.

Details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing time.  Please allow 2-4 days once order is recieved before your order is sent out.

Parcel Force orders take between 24hrs and 48hrs for delivery after processing.

Royal Mail orders take between 24hrs and 48hrs for delivery after processing.

As a rule we generally try to dispatch your order within 1 or two working days depending how busy we are with orders.

If an order is late that could be because of different factors.  Did you put the correct address on your delivery - please check.  Did you forget to include the door number or property name? Please check.  Sometimes Royal mail and Parcel force can be extremely busy especial around holiday times and christmas and delays need to be expected.

Please go to Royal mails Tracking website with your confirmation number for the order to track your parcel.  If it does not come back with an update it is because an attempt by royal mail is yet to be made.

Damaged goods.  Damadged goods must be photographed and the sender must be notified within 5 working days to converce and establish a remedy.

The seller is not at fault if items are recieved damaged as they are allways ent out in working order.

Refunds and resends are at the sellers discretion.

Lost parcels: A resend will be sent out as a replacement once agreed with the seller. Or a full refund if address details were correct.  If address details were wrong and parcel was lost then only a half refund will be issued.
